Functional Medicine Fee-For-Service 

Your 90-minute Initial Functional Medicine visit includes a comprehensive review of your life health history, head to toe symptom review, and expansive details of your chief concerns along with a functional health focused non-invasive exam if in-person. Your visit will include a full explanation of recommended testing and all treatment options for a collaborative approach to optimizing your health!

Follow-Up Visits:
This is where the real work happens. In our 60 minute follow-up visit you can expect a detailed review and discussion of your most recent test results, review of your current treatment progress and a guideline for your updated treatment plan with a full explanation of all options in a collaborative holistic approach to your health.

• Initial Consultation: $625

• Follow-Up Visit: $515

Payment is due at the time of scheduling your visit.

What this includes:

• Comprehensive initial 60–90 minute consultation

• Detailed review of history, your previous labs, and lifestyle factors

• Personalized treatment plan

• Initial visit fee includes one lab review phone call

  (Follow-up visits will be scheduled as needed)

What this does NOT include:

• Primary care services

• Urgent or emergency care

• Ongoing messaging or text support

• After-hours access

Fee-for-service visits are ideal for patients who prefer episodic, consultation-based care.
